Built by people who run the machines.
Plasteks Engineering & Manufacturing is a Karachi-based injection molding company, run hands-on rather than from behind a desk.
A working floor, not just an office
Plasteks Engineering & Manufacturing operates out of the SITE industrial area in Karachi, running a press fleet from 80 to 250 tons of clamping force. The business is built around a simple idea: customers shouldn't have to manage mold makers, molders, and finishing shops separately when one team can carry a part from drawing to delivery.
Our machines are run and maintained by people with direct, hands-on experience on this equipment — not just operators reading a screen. That shows up in how the floor is organized: materials staged where they're needed, finished goods packed and labeled, and machines kept in running order rather than patched together.
80–250 ton range
A press fleet wide enough to cover small precision parts through larger industrial components.
Mold to finished product
Design assistance, mold sourcing, production, finishing, and delivery under one roof.
Clean & organized
A tidy, professionally run facility — because a disorganized floor produces inconsistent parts.
Hands-on operators
Run and maintained by people who understand the equipment, not just its control panel.
Consistency, run to run
Every job starts with a review of your drawing or sample, moves through sampling and first-article approval, and is checked at intervals through production — not only at the end of the run. The goal is simple: what you approve at sampling is what you get at full volume.
- First-article approvalNothing runs at volume until a sample is checked against your drawing.
- In-process checksSpot checks through the run to catch drift early.
- Realistic lead timesWe quote timelines we can actually hold to.
