What We Do

Services

From a bare part drawing to a packed carton on a truck — four capabilities, one point of contact.

01 · Design

Mold Sourcing & Design Assistance

Most projects don't arrive as a finished tool — they arrive as an idea, a sketch, or a part from a competitor. We review your drawing or sample for moldability (wall thickness, draft, gate placement, parting lines) and flag anything that will cause problems before steel is cut.

Where a new mold is needed, we coordinate design and manufacture with mold makers we trust — locally, or through our overseas sourcing contacts — and manage the back-and-forth so you're dealing with one point of contact, not three vendors.

  • Material selection guidanceMatching resin to the part's mechanical and cost requirements.
  • Single or multi-cavity toolingScoped to your expected production volume.

02 · Production

Injection Molding Production

Once a mold is proven, production runs across our press floor — 80 to 250 tons of clamping force — with the job assigned to the machine that actually fits it, not whichever press happens to be free.

We run sampling and first-article checks before any production quantity is approved, so issues get caught on a handful of parts, not a full pallet.

03 · Finishing

Assembly, Finishing & Quality Checks

Many parts need more than "off the press" — deflashing, gate trimming, ultrasonic welding, snap-fit assembly, or pairing components together. We handle this in-house so the part that leaves our floor is the part you actually asked for.

In-process inspection runs alongside production, checking dimensions and appearance against your reference sample or drawing at set intervals, not just at the end of the run.

  • In-process quality checksSpot checks through the run, not only after it ends.
  • Light assembly & sub-assemblyCombining molded parts and hardware into a finished unit.

04 · Delivery

Packaging & Delivery

Finished parts are counted, packed, and labeled to your specification — polybags, cartons, or bulk — and staged for dispatch across Karachi and the rest of Pakistan.

Tell us how your production line or warehouse receives goods, and we'll pack to match it.
